The Victorian Society for Computers and the Law invites you to a presentation on key issues encountered when contracting for the supply of IT services, particularly in the health and government space. It looks at what can be done before even putting pen to paper, selecting the right services and the growing need to manage sensitive data.

Presented by Fiona McFadden, Commercial Manager, National Cancer Screening Register at Telstra Health, this discussion focuses on some common trends Fiona has seen over time, drawing from her experience including as in-house counsel in Telstra’s enterprise legal team negotiating large scale technology deals, and private practice working with smaller technology companies.

Location: King Wood & Mallesons, Level 50, 600 Bourke Street Melbourne

Date: Wednesday 23 August from 1:00pm to 2:00pm (sandwich lunch provided)
