Craig will present an overview of the metadata issues around potential retention strategies and the process of discovery involving large volumes of metadata.

Craig has participated in and managed teams on a range of computer forensic and electronic discovery engagements with law firms and government departments throughout Oceania. Craig’s work with these engagements includes the following:

·          Identification and preservation of evidence in large corporations under the restriction of business continuity, legal professional privilege and privacy concerns.

·  Co-ordination and execution of Search Orders (‘Anton Piller Orders’) in single and multiple locations.

· Management of electronic assets in publicly listed corporate recoveries.

Craig has guest lectured for University of Melbourne on IT Forensics, and has been engaged to develop and present subjects for the Masters and Graduate Certificate courses. He has also presented papers to numerous legal firms and the Commercial Bar Association of Victoria. He has joint authored a number of articles published in various industry journals including the international ‘Fraud Magazine’, ‘Australian Law Management Journal’ and ‘Australian Insolvency Journal’.
